The designers behind Siematic's product development, have a high awareness of, and sensitivity toward the details that make being human feel enjoyable and effortless. Evidence of this can easily be found in their MANY fine details, but my favorite example is their SLX channel. 

 

This ribbed metal channel, with its slight curvature, IS the essence of luxury. It is painstakingly attentive to, and honoring human-ness and/or the human form.  It is a level of sensitivity that connects with and honors our human-ness at the finest levels. 

 

That slight curvature is, in truth, a reflection of the human fingertip. Our fingertips recognize it, even when our brains don't yet perceive why. It is a level of reflection that does not require intellectual understanding because the body simply responds intuitively. 

 

That connection is oneness, and oneness naturally evokes peace and tranquility. Peace and tranquility are priceless.
